Return to Yourself
This September
You don't need more…
You need to unwind.
You need your nervous system to remember what safety feels like.
You need to breathe differently, nourish more intentionally, and move your body in a way that feels like coming home.
The Essential Reset is a 21-day immersion that teaches your body exactly that — through daily guided practices grounded in proven breath science, weekly live sessions, and a community that witnesses your transformation.
This isn't a course about fixing what's broken.
You're not broken.
This is about restoring what's real.
A 21-day Essential Reset rooted in breath science, nourishment, and embodied movement.
Begin September — the equinox threshold of renewal.
WHAT IS THE ESSENTIAL RESET?
Three Weeks.
Three Pillars.
One Whole Self.
Week One Breath
Your breath is the bridge between your conscious mind and your nervous system.
In Week 1, you'll learn the rhythms that signal safety to your body. Using breath patterns grounded in proven scientific research, you'll begin to regulate your nervous system — not through force, but through coherence.
By Day 7, your body will recognize this rhythm. It will become medicine.
Week Two Nourishment
Nourishment is not just food.
It's light, water, language, rest, and the energy you consume from the people and places around you.
In Week 2, you'll explore seven dimensions of true nourishment and begin to notice where you're depleted and where you're overflowing.
Week Three Movement
Your body has wisdom.
In Week 3, you'll wake it up through somatic movement, qigong, spinal undulation, and practices that let your body lead.
By Day 21, you'll understand that breath, nourishment, and movement aren't separate practices — they're one unified whole.
The Person Who Built This Program
PMHNP-BC
Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner + Somatic Breathwork Therapist
I have spent years working inside Western medicine — and I have a deep respect for it. Medication saves lives. Therapy changes lives. And also: I kept seeing the same pattern. Brilliant, capable people doing everything right, and still feeling like something essential was missing. Still waking up exhausted. Still feeling like strangers in their own bodies.
I wasn't exempt from this. My own burnout didn't come from a single breaking point. It came from the slow accumulation of showing up inside a system that was never designed to hold the full weight of human healing.
What shifted everything for me was learning to listen differently — not to what the nervous system was doing wrong, but to what it had been doing right all along. That reframe is the foundation of everything in The Essential Reset.
What I bring to this program:
Board certification as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC), with deep clinical training in neuroscience and trauma-informed care
Advanced training in somatic breathwork — including a Cambridge-studied 21-day protocol I have personally practiced and been trained to teach
Years of studying polyvagal theory, the gut-brain axis, and the intersection of ancestral healing practices with modern neurobiology
The lived experience of what it actually takes to regulate a nervous system that has been running on high alert for too long
I built The Essential Reset because I believe you deserve a program that holds both: the rigorous science and the embodied wisdom.
One without the other isn't enough.
This is not a program I created from the outside. It's the one I needed myself.
You've Done the Work.
You're Still Exhausted.
You've done the therapy. You have the meditation app.
You've read the books, tried the routines, taken the supplements, gone to bed earlier.
And you still wake up tired. You still feel the low hum of tension in your chest before the day has even started.
You still catch yourself cycling through the same anxious thought at 2 AM. You still feel — underneath all the effort, underneath all the trying — like you're somehow just not quite here.
This isn't a discipline problem. It isn't a willpower problem. It isn't a "just not doing the right things" problem.
The Essential Reset is for you if:
You are a high-achieving person who has built an impressive external life and still feels quietly disconnected from yourself
You experience chronic exhaustion that sleep doesn't fix — the kind that sits in your bones
You've tried conventional approaches and found them helpful in parts but missing something you can't quite name
You are ready to stop trying to manage your symptoms and start building a direct, living relationship with your own nervous system
You are curious about neuroscience, open to ancient wisdom, and skeptical of anything that promises a quick fix
You're looking for a passive course you can binge over a weekend
You want a prescriptive formula with no room for your own body's pace
You need a crisis-level mental health intervention (if that's where you are, please reach out to a clinical provider first — I mean this with genuine care)
This program is not for you if:
Your Nervous System Is Not Your Enemy.
Here's what I want you to understand before we go any further:
The exhaustion, the hypervigilance, the difficulty resting — these are not signs that something went wrong with you.
And it did that because at some point, survival mode was exactly what was needed.
They are signs that your nervous system learned, very efficiently, to stay in survival mode.
The problem isn't the nervous system.
The problem is that it never got the signal that it was safe to come home.
That signal doesn't come from an app.
It doesn't come from trying harder or wanting it more.
It comes from a consistent, embodied practice that speaks the language your nervous system actually understands — through breath, through the body, through rhythm and repetition and time.
That's what 21 days is for.
Not to fix you.
To remind you.
"This is not a program you complete. It's a practice you begin."
What You Receive:
7 Live Group Calls with Cameron
Three Sunday Circles (Days 1, 8, and 15 at 11 AM MT) to open each week together — 90 minutes of guided practice, teaching, and community.
Three Wednesday Integration Calls — midweek space to process, ask questions, and deepen the week's practice.
One Celebration Call to close out Day 21 together and mark what you've begun.
All calls are recorded. If you can't make it live, replays are yours for life.
17 Daily Solo Practices— Delivered by Email
Each morning of the program, a practice arrives in your inbox.
These are 20–40 minute guided sessions — breathwork, movement, reflection, nourishment exploration — designed to fit into a real day, not an aspirational one.
The Essential Reset Community
You will do this work alongside a small group of people who are here for the same reasons you are. The founding cohort is capped at 40 students — by design. This is a circle, not a course.
Lifetime Access
Every practice audio, every replay, every piece of curriculum — yours to return to, forever.
Because this is a practice, not a program you "complete and move on from."
40 spots · Enrollment closes July 25, 9 PM MT
The Science Behind This Program
The Vagus Nerve
This is not a spiritual program dressed up in scientific language. The mechanisms are real, and they are studied.
The vagus nerve is the longest nerve in the autonomic nervous system — a two-way information highway between your brain and nearly every organ in your body.
When vagal tone is high (meaning: the vagus nerve is communicating well), you recover from stress faster, sleep more deeply, digest more efficiently, and experience greater emotional resilience.
Breathwork is one of the most direct, accessible ways to improve vagal tone — and it doesn't require medication, years of therapy, or anything other than your own breath.
The 21-Day Breathwork Protocol
Polyvagal Theory
Developed by neuroscientist Dr. Stephen Porges, polyvagal theory offers a framework for understanding why we respond to threat the way we do — and why, for people who have lived in chronic stress or trauma, the nervous system can get "stuck" in states of fight, flight, or shutdown even when the danger has passed.
The Essential Reset uses polyvagal theory not as an academic concept but as a map — a way of understanding where you are and how to help your system find its way back.
The core breathwork sequence in this program is built on a protocol that has been the subject of research at Cambridge University — one of the most rigorous studies of breath-based nervous system intervention in the scientific literature. Twenty-one days is not arbitrary.
It reflects what the research shows about the time required for measurable, physiological change: improved heart rate variability (HRV), normalized stress hormone levels, and demonstrable shifts in nervous system regulation.
The Gut-Brain Axis
Your gut and your brain are in constant, bidirectional communication via the enteric nervous system and the vagus nerve.
Approximately 90% of the serotonin in your body is produced in the gut. Digestion, mood, anxiety, and energy are not separate systems — they are expressions of the same underlying conversation.
Week 2 works directly with this relationship.
What the research points toward — in plain language:
By Day 21, participants in programs built on this protocol tend to show measurable improvement in HRV (a key marker of nervous system resilience), deeper and more restorative sleep, normalized digestion, and greater capacity for emotional regulation.
These are not promises — they are the outcomes that a consistent, embodied 21-day practice makes biologically possible.
An Honest Word About Fit
I want you to come into this program ready — not just enrolled.
This program will ask something of you. Not perfection. Not 3 hours a day. But presence — 20–40 minutes most mornings, showing up for the live calls when you can, bringing your actual self rather than the one you think you should be.
The Essential Reset is a strong fit if:
You are in a stable enough place that exploring your nervous system feels generative rather than destabilizing. (If you're in acute crisis, please connect with a provider first.)
You have some genuine curiosity about the intersection of neuroscience and somatic practice — you don't need prior knowledge, but you need to want to learn
You are ready to work with a small, intimate group — this is a community of 40, not a course of thousands
You understand that 21 days is the beginning of a practice, not the end of a journey
You have 20–40 minutes available most mornings
A note on prior experience:
You do not need any background in breathwork, meditation, or somatic practice. Many people in previous cohorts came in as complete beginners. You also don't need to be "good at" relaxing — in fact, the people who find that hardest tend to get the most from this program.
If you've tried breathwork before and it didn't stick, that's worth knowing: a single session is to this program what a single workout is to physical training. The 21-day arc is where the nervous system actually changes.

Questions You Might Have
How much time does this actually take each day?We offer a range of solutions designed to meet your needs—whether you're just getting started or scaling something bigger.
Everything is tailored to help you move forward with clarity and confidence.
The daily solo practices run 20–40 minutes — delivered to your inbox each morning so you can do them at a time that works for you.
The live calls are 90 minutes each and happen once per week (Sundays).
Everything is recorded, so if life gets in the way, you won't fall behind.
That said, I'll be honest: the more consistently you show up for the daily practices, the more you'll feel the shift.
Twenty-one days of consistent presence is what allows the nervous system to change — not occasional dips in when it's convenient.
I've tried breathwork before and it didn't really do much. Why would this be different?A single breathwork session — even a really good one — is not the same as a 21-day protocol. It's the difference between taking one deep breath and training your respiratory system over three weeks. The Cambridge-studied protocol this program is built on works through cumulative physiological change: the nervous system doesn't rewire from a single experience, but it does rewire from consistent, layered practice over time. If breathwork has felt shallow or disconnected before, this program will also show you why — and what changes when you pair it with nourishment and somatic movement.
What if I can't make a live call?Every call is recorded and the replay is yours for life. Showing up live is meaningful — there's something about being in a room (even a Zoom room) with other people doing this work that carries its own quality of support. But I also know that life is real. If you can't make a call, catch the replay. You won't miss the curriculum.
A Note Before You Decide
Whatever brought you to this page — a feeling you recognized in a post, a moment of exhaustion you couldn't shake, a quiet curiosity about whether something could actually shift — I want you to know that impulse is worth honoring.
You don't have to be certain. You don't have to have tried everything and failed. You don't have to be at rock bottom to deserve something that actually works with your body rather than against it.
What I ask is this: if something in you is leaning toward yes, don't talk yourself out of it the way we talk ourselves out of most things. The founding cohort is small. The work is real. And your body already knows more about what it needs than any program can teach it.
We're just waking it up.
The first circle is July 26. I hope to meet you there.
